Poor customer service, took them 10 days to service my home and then they didn’t fix my ac. Had a bad feeling about this company after the bad customer service. They couldn’t answer any question and never responded. Had to call numerous times to get someone on the phone. And its August! It was 95 degrees in my house! We canceled our claim through our home warranty company first American.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

South Texas Air Force did a good job overall. The older gentleman was nice and efficient. his partner he brought with him was a young and very impatient guy. I been a faithful customer to my home insurance for 4 years, and I had to pay over 2k out of pocket for my AC unit. The young man was making remarks about me paying, but I want to make sure I don't have to call South Texas Air Force again, and if there is anything not working, they would be able to fix it on the spot.
