My first visit was fine, NP Kelley was great and listened to what I had to say. I made another appointment that was supposed to be today, and this was an important one because I needed blood work done. I was called a couple of times apparently but since I don't recognize the number I don't answer it, I have a lot of anxiety and don't pick up any numbers I don't know. I received two voicemails, one about completing the online check in before my appointment and another saying to call back. I called back, no answer. I called again, no answer. I thought okay maybe they are just at lunch or the office is closed. Then comes today and I received another call, same number, but no voicemail. They called me at 10:59, I realized it was the same number and called back at 11:13. No answer. I go to check in, click the link and it says "Sorry! This request is for a cancelled appointment and is no longer available." Are you serious? I was never informed my appointment would be canceled, NOTHING at all told me it would be canceled. No voicemail, no email. These appointments are kind of important for me because of my health and I was NEVER told my appointment would be canceled if I didn't answer the phone. At this point, I'll just go to the hospital when I collapse because this was the last place I've tried to go to for check ups. Everyone else says to call back when they are accepting, and then say they aren't accepting new patients. I won't be going back.

NP Kelley has been my PCP for 4 years. She is super sweet, listens, answers all my questions, talks to me about diagnoses or treatment in terms I understand. The front office staff is nice & do their best to get you in ASAP. I recommend this place!

So glad they were able to work me in their schedule. Dr Manocha is a blessing. Coming from someone that has never had a doctor and doctors offices/ hospitals freak me out to all levels. I felt comfortable. Everybody was nice. Didnt see me right at my appt time and follow up calls are needed but its worth it.
