The staff are wonderful and very helpful! They will do everything in their power to help you out! For instance; they have helped me by splitting the pet deposit over two months, by fixing my water heater when it kept on having issues after issues, and by keeping my apartment nice and cold. I appreciate everything everyone at sync nobu station has done to help me. Everyone there deserves a bonus every quarter for the effort they put into Making this place a fantastic place to call home! Regional maint. (I can’t remember his name but I remember him realizing we had an outdoor ac unit not powerful enough for our townhouse & am forever grateful, electrical bill even lowered!), Alex (maint. super.) & Erica (property manager) have improved things quite a bit. Been here nearly 7 years & feel very comfortable here. I look forward to seeing the future of NoBu Station. Overall, because of how wonderful the office & new maint. staff have been, I have loved my experience here & would only move to have a roomier house with an enclosed back yard & shorter work commute. Love the location and the complex layout. Great floor plans and great pricing compared to other local complexes. Coleen and her staff have been so amazing. Leasing the apartment was effortless, and her team helped relieve so much stress on my end. Great staff. Great property. And FOOD TRUCKS!
