I have had 2 visits with Dr. Serrano. So far I have been very impressed with him, his staff and the facility. Everyone has a very caring way about them. The staff is super friendly, informative, understanding and makes you feel like you matter. The unltrasound tech was very impressive too. She made me feel comfortable, explained things, very gentle and had a pleasant way about her. Dr. Serrano is also very impressive. He knows how to make you feel comfortable. Staff is wonderful. I’ve decided to continue hormone treatment with Dr Serrano. He’s very patient as I’m a Drama Queen and hate shots and any kind of incisions. He took his time by explaining step by step as he performed the procedure. I highly recommend

Dr.Serrano was very kind, professional and very caring. He took the time to answer every question and made the visit very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly, polite and comforting as well!
