Cecy is a true expert in her craft. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional, & listens to understand your hair dreams, and make them a reality. I found Cecy on IG and met her for the first time during our initial consult. I was loosing hair in my crown and interested in a hair topper. Cecy worked with her schedule to meet me after work. She was knowledgeable about Hairdreams and fully explained the process and answered all of my questions. She did not rush me, she listened to my hair goals and has worked with me to achieve them. Cece gave me a hair topper almost a year ago. I have very thin hair and not much of it. She takes it off and washes and conditions it every 8 weeks. I love it so much! I get compliments all the time! It is easy to care for and style. Since it is natural human hair it can be styled to be curly or straight. I am very pleased with how it looks and Cece is very talented and knowledgable. I highly recommend Cece and this type of hair topper !
