Our dog had a medical emergency during Thanksgiving week. We called S&S as our regular vet had no openings until the following week. The staff were so understanding and asked us to drop off our pup, Yen, even though they were fully booked for the whole week. The Vet Tech, Jennifer, was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and was so sweet to our baby who has always been so afraid of the vet.Dr. Smith called us later that day and took the time to explain everything they had tested for and what he suspected the issue was.
