I had some warranty issues that stemmed from another roofing company installation and was getting no help from them. Melissa (at Roland) was extremely helpful in providing guidance. I now know the difference between a poorly managed company and a reputable company that provides excellent customer support. We had our roof done last week and immediately we noticed the difference in the temperature upstairs and the garage, Roland’s roofing company was awesome from start to finish, those guys were in 113 heat index and still did a great job I would highly recommend them for not only their work but their commitment to customer satisfaction
