Charly had a little trouble getting the furnace parts installed, but that was partly because his house got flooded by a winter storm. He did succeed in getting the replacement work done, considering the situation, and I was satisfied with his performance.

The people with Ramsey Heating & Air have been great to work with. Anytime we call for service they are quick to respond. We have them on a regular service to check/maintain the equipment at our residence and will be adding them to do the same for our rental

This company never fails to impress. They have been doing all of my families HVAC work for 40 plus years and have the most outstanding customer service. They treat you like they would like to be treated & never try to up charge or sell unnecessary services.They had my air conditioner up and running within 3 hours from my initial call to blowing cold air. It's too bad we can only rate five stars because I would give them a ten.
