Pro Defense has been doing a great job for our house for 5 years. They send communication via email and text reminding us of our appointment, letting us know if the tech is running behind, etc. I heard "something" in the attic a couple of years ago, they sent someone to check it out (nothing - probably an animal on the roof) cost us nothing, they've come out when we had bees, cost us nothing. If we have any sign of pests (inside or out) in-between applications they take care of it. I am extremely pleased with Pro Defense and recommend them highly.

I really like this company. We’ve had them for about a year. It’s easy to schedule, good service, reasonable cost.They also go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Recently, I had a beautiful garden orb spider above my front door. I let her stay there because she’s harmless and does a great job of keeping flying insects away. Well, she recently laid an egg sack and I was not about having the egg sack stay there, didn’t want a bunch of babies at my front door, but I also didn’t want to get rid of the spider.They were so kind and a very respectful young man came out from ProDefense and removed the egg sack without harming the spider. We have used ProDefense Pest Control for five years , maybe more. The team members this company sends to do the pest control application are always polite, thorough, and quick. Only once did I need to call the company back to treat an insect invasion. ProDefense responded quickly to treat the problem. No more bugs! I recommend the use of ProDefense Pest Control.
