⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience with Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing serving San Antonio and Austin. Billy, who provided our initial consult, was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The install team, Sam and Jacob, did an excellent job as well — they worked efficiently, were professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I guess we have a bit of an odd shaped roof on the edges so they had to add spacers and diverters from what I was told and we are happy with how it all turned out. Everything looks really nice and we have no complaints so far. Once we get some good rain, if there are any issues we’ll come back and update this review, but as of now everything looks great. Very happy with the service overall.
5 Stars, all the way. 10 if possible! Being in lending I interviewed a few other roofing companies that agents had recommended, and they didn't offer me any solutions , most were "salesy" and one even stated that I could possibly be "out more money" and that he couldn't guarantee he'd be able to help me save money because he didn't know how much my insurance would pay out (maybe a little too honest lol!). Prime seamless not only replaced my roof, They helped me fight a 9 month long battle with my insurance & they told me (from the very beginning) to not worry that they were experienced in this and it would be handled at the least cost to me-No more than my deductible. It was handled, and I just paid my deductible at the end of it all. I wouldn't have been able to deal with all the back and forth if it weren't for Rachel and Jeremy and the Prime Seamless Roofing Team. Every agent should work with an ethical roofer, not just a salesy guy who sends you leads- or takes you out to dinner. Roofs are EXPENSIVE - and you want to refer ethical people with integrity to your clients. Prime Seamless Roofing is Honest, Reputable, and They went ABOVE and beyond for Me 210-246-3931. I promised I would tell EVERYBODY about them, so I'll make sure to do that.
Great job installing my gutters today by Sam and Zach! They were both very professional, businesslike and helpful as well as neat and tidy. Definitely knew what they were doing. Every inch of gutter looks gorgeous and I actually think they make my house look quite upgraded. Shout out to Ariel for being so patient with all the delays on my job and Jerilyn at the office who is a sweetheart. I highly recommend Prime!
