Always great service and answers any questions that we may have. Rick is very helpful and checks out building as it's supposed to be done for any signs of pests. Goes the extra mile to accomplish his job and help our community be pests free as possible.

Juan has been very helpful for our property at Oak Valley apartments. He is very knowledgeable, and makes sure to communicate with our residents and us here in the front office on everything we need to know when it comes to any pest problems he may notice on property. All our residents always have very positive things to say about him when he stops by to treat and have appreciated when he answers any questions they may have.

Juan communicates with residents and office staff every visit! He is very knowledgable, efficient, and easy to work with. He reports everything to the office regarding concerns and treatment. He always makes sure all questions are answered before heading out.
