Everyone was patient, caring, and showed empathy for our loss. The sudden loss in our family was both shocking and saddening, we had no idea really what to do but the process was made so simple and easy. All we had to do was mourn our loss and everything else was taken care of. Our funeral director Macy was extremely helpful. I would also like to thank everyone else that helped our funeral go as smoothly as possible.

I was very appreciative of the staff and the operating procedures of Porter Loring. They arrived in the middle of the night to pick up my father from our home and their professionalism started. During such a difficult time they were empathetic and compassionate during the entire process. Thank you very much for helping our family during this transition in our lives.
