I would like to say thank you to Richard, Trevino, and Pinnacle Aire, they came out to my house and serviced my air conditioner while it was so hot outside, it needed a new part and it needed to be cleaned up and they did a great job. it’s working just fine! Our A/C stopped cooling late last night and I went into a panic of course lol. Richard, the owner, reached out immediately and came right over. He diagnosed the problem quickly and swapped out the part. He took the time to explain everything that was going on and why. Richard was very honest, easy going, and professional. It's so difficult now days to feel comfortable and as if you're not going to be ripped off. He put our mind at ease and that was refreshing!
