Overall it was great experience dropping my dog off for a day. The booking & check in process went smoothly. I decided to do a 1:1 session boarding for the day & the morning manager on 10/07/2024 and Christina at the front desk did a great job with making sure my dog felt comfortable throughout her entire stay since it was her first time at pet paradise. We will be bringing her back more for day camps & possibly for boarding!

Awesome place. My dogs are always happy to stay here and we've always had a great grooming. Recently when my dog was sprayed by a skunk Shawnda got him in even though she had a full schedule ensuring our dog was fully groomed and no longer smelled.

Pet Paradise @ Stone Oak is the best!The care and comfort of our “kids” is very important. The overall management and oversight of daily activities is excellent. Communication from staff is very important to us when we leave our kids in their hands and they are on top of everything. We enjoy the onsite cameras, where we can see them having fun. Definitely does our hearts good. One of ours is a bit assertive and plays a bit rowdy. The staff manages his level of excitement and energy when necessary.We absolutely, hands down love this Pet paradise. Thanks to each of you that make Stone Oak Pet Paradise our kids’ home while we are away!
