Pella Windows & Doors of San Antonio

I recently had my family room sliding door replaced which faces the street. From the first person I talked with on the phone, to the salesman who first came to my house, down to the project manager and the installers themselves, everyone was very professional and courteous. My salesman, Chris Medley was very nice and patient with me as I went back N forth trying to chose the correct door I need in my price range and style. I can't say enough good about our Pella team and our Pella product. We did a full gut remodel and addition that took us 4 years to pull together. They were incredibly responsive and patient through the whole process. We initially bought half of the house of Pella windows through a vendor/ company that had installation issues. Pella came out and fixed it all to 100% satisfaction. For the remainder, we went straight to Pella. Our beautiful windows are the talk of the neighborhood. Anthony Rivas was a rock star with making this massive project come together, using my terrible sketches of our dream. He made the dream come to life.

The delivery of our windows went amazingly! The delivery men were very professional and courteous. They were challenged with transporting heavy windows and doors in a limited area. The only documented issue was a scratch on one of the sliding doors. I hope Pella has a touch up kit to match the finish. Once we unwrap everything we will do a more thorough inspection of the product conditions. Otherwise we are very pleased.
