I have been a faithful customer since Palazzo opened in 2019. They are very classy, all the employees treat you with the utmost respect. I have always been greeted with the smile and prompt customer service starting with Star the front desk receptionist. I’ve been faithfully going to my girl Jennifer since 2020! She has been such an angel and I will never cheat on her lol until today when I walked in at lunch time to get my nails and toes done but was rushing for my gender reveal. Awesome service, manager made sure I got the perfect color of yellow that I've been wanting. Not to mention the lady up in the front goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy
