In an era of time when many companies place profits over people, I found this business to be different. As a first time customer the courteous lady that attended me was professional, and even explained their coupon book of great discounts. She immediately applied one to my first dry cleaning without hesitation. The facility is well maintained, clean, and welcoming. I must say you won my business on the first attempt. Just by doing what's right, and what should be the norm when referring to offering a service that leaves your clients with the sense that we made the right choice with choosing your service. This was my first experience with Oak Park.The staff was extraordinary in supporting my concerns and took the time to explain the process. Upon pick up, they checked my garments in front of me to ensure the instructions were followed. This is truly a professional organization that takes pride in what they do! They have just earned my business and I will continue to have all of my dry cleaning needs done here!

Quality service, fair prices and nice people!!So SHOCKED!! first laundry/press on my new chinos... I have a double crease... These pant's were purchased to replace a pair that the double crease couldn't be pressed out of... It's worse.... I did not notice until I sat down at WORK ...so much for attention to detail.. your service is used to make my day easier... today you failed
