This is my second visit, and I recommend it 100%, I was looking for a place where I could feel comfortable and from the moment you arrive they make you feel comfortable, listened to. Dialis has been very professional since my first visit, taking the time to explain and clarify doubts. I felt super comfortable that I went back to her on my second appointment for another treatment and I have to tell you that she is charming, super kind, super nice, and she really cares about me, which for me is a plus. I love Nova!!! The front staff is so welcoming, nice and friendly. They are extremely caring towards their patients and just made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Lovely place!

I was a fairly new to the Botox game...and was super nervous. Plus my hubby's giving me the side-eye like, "You're doing WHAT?" But Nurse Sarah had my back, and let me tell you, she's a freakin' magician!Sarah's vibe was so chill, it's like she could sense my fear and said, "Girl, relax, you're in good hands." And she wasn't lying!Fast forward to post Botox and the results were amazing! I received fewer units and better results than in the past! She never tried to sell more units than needed when I told her how many I had gotten in the past. She is very honest and extremely knowledgeable! Go see Sarah! You will not be disappointed!
