They are so welcoming and sweet. Really beautiful furniture and paintings. An amazing variety of very unique pieces. I didn’t purchase anything this time but I will certainly be back.

So many cool Antique Stores here in San Antonio have closed in the last few years, like Land of Was, Allen’s and The Lion and Eagle, so it’s refreshing to see that Ken and Richard are still holding down the Fort at North Star. They have quality antiques at fair prices and are always fun to chat with. Keep on going guys, you’re the last vapors of a dying breed.

Cute shop but very pricey for what they have. They don't have a huge selection but they do have quite good variety. Personally I feel like it's a shop for an antique shopper who's looking for a specialty item by referral. It's not somewhere I'd stop by on a weekend to browse. Everyone was super nice and I did enjoy seeing their selection but felt like their were no "a-ha" treasures or good prices for a make it work piece. Would go back to browse jewelry selection.
