Great price. Quick work. Fairly easy to work with.Carpet has weird hard lumps underneath. I think they are some type of tacdown nail or something holding down the padding. But why in the middle of all the walkways? Really odd and would definitely recommend asking them before they install about it.They didnt really help us out much screwing down the sub floor to eliminate the old creaks and squeaks before laying the new stuff...call it a nit pick but still.Ahh the laminate...the flooring not so bad. The shoe trim is a nightmare. Horribly done and the caulking is atrocious. If you have them do something that requires this trim to hide the edges do a solid and detailed walk...read full review

I really wanted to use this company. But they didn't want me for some reason.I saw some work they did at a neighbor's house and it looked good. I contacted them. The sales lady showed up early, was knowledgeable and seemed eager to work with me. That was on a Friday. She said they would drop off some samples and send me an exact quote. Didn't hear anything by Wed so I contacted her again and said I'm ready and here is when I'm available but I could change up my hours at work if necessary. She texted back "absolutely; i'll set it up and contact you tommorrow". That was 15 June and it is now 27 June and I haven't heard anything.If they were overbooked or if my job was too small, they could have just told me that and I could have moved on to another company (which I have done of course)

Tore a fairly expensive sheet left on a bed. I was sitting 10 feet from the work area, and could have easily notified me that the fitted sheet also needed to be removed, but did not. Probably just as well that the sheet tore instead of damaging the bed. Since their policy is "not responsible for personal items left in work area" (which was virtually the entire house), refused to make the situation right. So, in exchange, I will leave this 100% honest review: The price was fine and installation was timely, but the product is mediocre. Installation job shoddy in places with carpet not tight to the ground in a few corners and on a few stairs stairs. At least one more technical, high visibility corner on the stairs was mediocrely done. They also put a small scratch on hardwood next to the carpeted area and put marks on baseboards *everywhere*.Would not do business again, and certainly not for higher value installs.
