Fairly humid inside, may be to set ambiance. The floor was bare concrete and the humidity made it seem like a damp basement; however the service was amazing and the humidity meshes well with the skin treatments I got for my wife. There is also pleasant aromatherapy throughout the place.
This was my first facial at Neva. Lovely, very chill shop. Quinn was absolutely wonderful! She realized that the facial I booked needed some enhancements for my skin's needs. She was 100% correct and my face feels amazing and my calm was definitely improved after a session with her. Will definitely return and ask for Quinn!
Kat did my facial and it was amazing. I actually fell asleep towards the end it was so relaxing. Prior to that the beginning cleansing was amazing; the way she massaged the cleansing/all products used and also explained what it was she was doing throughout the process! I absolutely loved it.The staff was very welcoming, I was having a rough week and needed some self care also very worried about a scar on my face and they gave me great tips to care for it. Thanks!!!!Will be back thanks again!!!!
