I only give 4 stars because I waited an hour to be seen. Aside from the wait, I had a great experience. Dr. Shanko was kind and thorough, answered all of my questions. Myra helped me at the front desk. She gave me a lot of info on different things that is offered there. She also helped me search for insurance details with my 2 insurances. She was patient and knowledgeable. I've been going here for years, back when they were Today's Eyes. Great staff, nice calm atmosphere. The other woman at the front desk was very professional when I was being checked in. I didn't catch her name but since I sat there a while, I saw how she worked with customers. She was a great multitasker!

Customer service is fantastic - staff seems focused on what is best for patient. Dr Diskin is friendly and listens. Myra is always super patient and helpful when assisting in choosing eyeglasses; gives good advice on appearance, wear, fit; and does a thorough job explaining costs/insurance coverage. She has mastered the lost art of exceptional customer service! The whole staff is terrific!

I've been to this location a few times now and have never been anything less than completely satisfied! I went in today with no appt (I was only supposed to be picking up replacement lenses) but decided to look around because I was in need of new prescription sunglasses. The place I purchased the pair I have now from (different company) really warped them when I took them in to be adjusted. Previously, they had entered my prescription incorrectly so I ended up waiting over 2 months for my glasses and sunglasses.
