My AC San Antonio is a local, reliable, honest, and professional heating and cooling company. Customers consistently report fantastic, great, and highly recommended service. The technician is quick and efficient, arriving at homes within an hour or even 30 minutes of a call, including on weekends and Sunday afternoons. He is absolutely a pleasure, super friendly, and treats customers like family. He provides thorough and diligent service, properly and methodically troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues clearly and professionally. Repairs are completed without pressure for an up sale and at fractions of the cost of other companies' large estimates. He does not leave until the issue is fixed and the AC is cooling properly. For all A/C system maintenance and repair needs, customers report they definitely would call again and will not regret calling these guys.

Look no further, y’all! When our AC was refusing to cool on Sunday afternoon, we called My AC San Antonio to help. Without hesitation, they arrived at our house within 30 mins to properly troubleshoot and fix our issue. Paul was absolutely a pleasure and was fantastic in explaining his diagnosis clearly and professionally. He was extremely diligent and thorough and did not leave our home until he knew for sure that our AC was cooling properly. We had local company come out to our house that gave us ridiculously large estimates (4 in fact) without fully evaluating the system. Then we reached out to a friend in Austin with HVAC experience who recommended we call Paul. Paul is amazing and was at the house with in a couple of hours. He completely troubleshot the system and fixed the issue at fractions of the previously quoted costs. And there was no pressure for the up sale. Highly recommended!!!Service: A/C system maintenance
