Brought my dog here the other day for her yearly checkup and rabies shot. My fiance made an appointment for 10 AM. We pulled in a couple of minutes before 10. I took the dog for a walk on the grass while my fiance checked us in. When I went in, they were already calling us into the exam room. This place is good about keeping on schedule. They are very good with the animals that are brought to them. My dog was dropped off at the Humane Society after she had been with the same family all her life. I think this made her nervous about leaving with the vet, but they were very kind to here. While we were there for her checkup, we asked them to trim her nails. Her nails were starting to look like they belonged in Nightmare on Elm Street. The appointment was very quick. To reward our dog for being good, we went to Dutch Brothers and got her a Pup Cup. I recommend this place for how well they stay on schedule and how well they treat the animals
I've been coming here a couple years now and am really glad to have a veterinarian clinic I can trust. Everyone is always so kind to us and our sweet dog Ripley. We've taken her here for her yearly check ups a couple years now and she has always done well at the visits. She can get nervous but I can tell that the staff are very gentle with her because she always comes back from labs or procedures her same happy self. The staff do not push extra procedures on you, they just explain the options. If you tell them your budget up front, they'll work with you to stay under it. The waiting room has coffee for the humans which is nice. The facility is pristinely clean inside and has cleaning products available if needed. There is space outside for dogs to do their business and doggie bags for humans to fulfill their social contract by cleaning up. There are facilities inside for humans to do their business too. Overall a great place with wonderful clinicians and staff.
I've been coming here for 6 years and have 4 dogs with various health issues. Dr. Bauml was our go to vet however he retired and we started seeing Dr Gabriel Musquiz. He's the best! I can text and ask a question and the staff will respond or have Dr Musquiz call me. Our visits are prompt, pleasant, comfortable for my fur babies and I know they care for my dogs and aren't looking to upsell or suggest care or services that my pups don't need. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. we only see Dr Musquiz, not because of any issues with the other vets, we just have dogs aged 9-13 with various issues that Dr. Musquiz has been taking care of. I wouldn't go to any other vets for my pups care.
