This is the first time I have used Murray Plumbing Co and their service was outstanding! They were on time with the appointment and immediately trouble shoot the problem with the water heater. The repair was done efficiently and I am very pleased with their work and service. Also, the office staff was great in setting up the appointment and keeping me posted. Many thanks!

When San Antonio had a deep freeze in January, one of our pipes burst spewing water all over 2d bedroom. My Apt complex did not answer emergency phone immediately and were slow responding. Called Murray's Plumbing. They were Friendly, Receptive, & Willing to respond but would need consent of Apartment Management since I did not own the apartment. Ended my request for Murray's services.

I've used this plumber twice now. The first time was to see if my tankless water heater could be fixed. The second time was to install my tankless water heater that I purchased.I requested and scheduled 7+ days in advance the same plumber as the first visit, who was Joe B., because he was very knowledgeable on his first visit, and was able to answer all of my questions. Joe comes across as doing what is best for the customer, is customer service oriented, and professional.
