Eric provided excellent service while repairing our HVAC unit. Upon arrival conducted a thorough inspection of our system, then made his recommendation on next steps. He had the parts needed to do the job on the spot. He also took the time to explain all the work that he was doing to the system. He was very thorough and detailed. Additionally he was extremely respectful of our house and space. He made sure to leave the area that he was working in just like he found it. Eric honestly is the best HVAC tech that I have ever had. We've been using Mr. Wilson for a couple of years to service our air conditioner. After we moved, we had them replace the unit in our new home. They did a great job. Everything was left clean, and our house is nice & cool.
There are lots of companies that have good equipment but no one provides service likeMr. Wilson Heating & Air. Thanks Adam, and the rest of the staff, for making this experience an easy one!!
