I had to go in for an emergent appointment to meet Dr. Patel for the first time. From the moment I walked in the team was right on it with exceptional care, overall, my experience was superior to any other dentist visit I have been to in the past.I highly recommend Monarch Dental for your entire family's care.
I was surprised to see that my dentist of over ten years was no longer there. At 281 n Evans Rd across near Panda Express. There was a different hygienist as well. My feedback to them both, to be a little gentler with your clients. My left cheek actually hurt after leaving there from th dentist that did exam. (Stretched my cheeks). Otherwise, it was a routine exam.
I was called to come early which I did. When I went in they called me back. The doctor came in and numbed the areas to be fixed and left. I sat in the chair for over 15 minutes. Then the doctor came in and fixed the problem. If the doctor is that busy then they should not have called me to come in early.
