We have yet to see 5-star service with this company after hiring them twice. The first time they sent only one person to clean 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and they were unable to complete the job, even though they stayed until almost 8pm. We decided to hire them again only because we forgot to cancel our monthly “subscription” and didn’t want to cancel at the last minute. This time they brought two new people, but the quality of work was unacceptable for a professional house cleaning service. We expect detailed and thorough housecleaning when we pay for a service and this team was unable to offer either. We have cancelled our subscription and will no longer be working... read full review
