It’s unfortunate reading these reviews and hoping it’s just a fluke, but lo and behold, one day before my massage, the message to reschedule. Was really looking forward to this. Very unprofessional. Two stars cause the two ladies up front were very sweet.

I went to massage envy with a gift card. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and explained all the paper work I needed to sign. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I was then escorted to the waiting room that was very quiet and calming. The massage therapist who gave me my massage was Rene. She was very understanding to my aches I had been having and she explained the process of which area she would work on first. Over all I didn't want to massage to end. I felt very relaxed and tranquil. When my massage was done, I then went to check out, since I was using a gift card I didn't have to pay. I only left a tip. Massage envy has different memberships to choose from. I didn't feel pressured to join but I felt good about telling them I'll think about it. I did enjoy my experience from the moment I walked in to when I walked out.

I love going here! I pay for a massage envy membership and honestly it’s so worth it to help with my work aches and pains. And I love being able to transfer my credits to my friends and family. LOVE
