I show up, tell her what I want, she cuts and shaves, I ask for minor adjustments, she obliges, I pay, she gives me a receipt, end of transaction. I usually leave satisfied with my cut. Sometimes she will go rogue but I trust her judgement as she is the professional in this business relationship. She also plays great music and tells good tales.
