Spa is relaxing. Not good customer service. We didn’t get instructions and wasn’t given robes or slippers, we have to ask them for it.
I recently visited Loma Spa and had a mixed experience. The amenities were fantastic, offering a serene environment and excellent facilities. The massage I received was top-notch, truly relaxing and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pedicure service. It didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail. Overall, Loma provides a lovely atmosphere with great amenities and skilled massage therapists. Just be mindful if you're expecting the same level of excellence across all services.
La Cantera is one of our favorite spots, but we’ve never taken advantage of the spa. The salt stone massage was amazing. Go early and take advantage of all of the areas available to relax pre and or post massage!
