Great stay and great staff! Chris B at check in was beyond accommodating and patient with me in finding the perfect room for our stay. I wanted a balcony room last minute and she delivered! Chris went above and beyond for me and had NO idea how perfect she made our stay! I’m a new widow and it was my 2nd anniversary without my husband and she made our first stay at La Cantera Resort memorable and perfect and was so kind without knowing the magnitude of her willingness to help guests! I look forward to staying again!
La Cantera is a beautiful resort. My husband and family have been a few times over the years. However we will not be returning. Chris a front desk manager was beyond rude to me ans my family when we called to make a spa reservation. She raised her voice, spoke over us and would not listen when we were checking a spa reservation request from a week prior that got no response. It's going downhill..
Ate the brunch on Christmas Day. Food was delicious. Could have done a little better on the dessert bar. Service was terrible. No one was picking up the used plates or refilling drinks.
