ive always been helped here. the staff is friendly and available. the sauna in the locker room or out by the pool is always clean. my towels are always fresh clean, pickle ball has a good schedule and the dance classes i go to instructors always teach at a level where everyone can follow. i dont always go but when i do they always help me follow. the locker room is always clean. ive gone to other gyms where theres no soap or its dirty to even sit and change.

GREAT PLACE, safe, clean and equipment is available. As I’m reading through negative comments…here’s my comment. Been a member since Jan 2022 never experienced rude staff, never dirty/filthy showers, if the equipment is dirty, clean before and after yourself. You can’t expect a staff member to follow you and everyone around wiping and cleaning behind you. We have some bad apples at every gym no matter where you go. For the most part this is the best gym (RIM&SO). I’ve been a member to LA fitness, Golds Gym, base gyms, 24hr fitness, Planet fitness and Anytime fitness…Lifetime is the best. Matt and LaRon are amazing!! They are the friendliest front desk workers!!! Always make me smile!Also, Sam, a personal trainer is awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful!! He goes above and beyond!
