First and foremost, this was my first time getting waxed. I was nervous of course and did not know what to expect. I did my research though before hand and read Jamie was amazing (the reviews are ALL TRUE), which did calm me down knowing I have an expert! She told me when to breathe, and talked me through the whole thing. She was honestly so kind, amazing and funny! Made me feel so comfortable.
