I'm really enjoying training with Rick. He is down to earth and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He is considerate about things happening on your time slot (was sick) and works with your schedule. Also, I'm glad he's a motivator!!!! Thank you Rick

Has a lot of equipment, with multiple of the same so your not waiting. Friendly knowledge staff. Needs to be updated and is on a waiting list for this to happen. Has a lot of exercise classes, and pool classes. I enjoy working out here and recommend.

Every location in San Antonio shows multiple punching bags on their website (False Advertisement). I have been to 4 different locations and all only have one bag. On top of that, one has to wait for classes to be over to hit the one bag. This leaves little time to work out. There is plenty of room to allow both classes and bag use at the same time. Please do something about this. The staff is very friendly and locations are nice. But there are many other gyms to choose from in the area. I would hate to have to change gyms, but if nothing changes I will do so. And take my family’s memberships with me as well.
