My pre-teen wanted to try martial arts to help him with his anxiety and to help him stay fit. He loved it and learned so much after just one lesson! It’s affordable and everyone of all ages including the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Sensei Gadier and the other instructors are skilled and patient. They offer group and private lessons. Their studio is clean and large with a seating area for parents.
