Isabel is very detailed with the entire process, followed up weekly with updates on what was on the market and had all the patience in the world but always kept me informed. I'd put off purchasing a home for a little while because I didn't want to deal with the stress & pressures of school and the home buying process. Isabel maintained constant follow up and communication through a difficult 12 months and worked around my schedule. I can honestly say it was the best experience. Isabel provided top-notch customer service; she made it a priority to find properties with my unique criteria, handled every aspect of the transaction professionally and provided weekly updates and sent out follow up emails to lender, seller's agent and the title company and was by my side from the beginning to the end. As a result of months and months of looking, Isabel found exactly what I wanted, she negotiated and handled my complex VA deal, after the listing agent had previously advised her that VA would not approve.
