Extremely unorganized! Told us we were scheduled for Friday but didn’t give us a time so we had to wait all day sent 2 different contractors one who walked in and walked right back out sayin he’d be back but never came back then the 2nd guy came and tour up all the floor to tell us he couldn’t do it he was too inexperienced and that the first guy said the layout was too complicated so he wasn’t gonna do it aka lazy. Finally Saturday morning Luis showed up and got as much done as he could then came back on Monday which was a holiday and during in a “freeze” and finished! I would have given this business 5 stars if it wasn’t for a man by the name of Enrique.. I gave it 3 stars ⭐️ because his helper Jose stayed behind to fix his sloppy work … A man by the name of Enrique (Kike) along with a helper who showed up several minutes later on Saturday to install carpet at my apartment. Enrique showed up in a rush went straight to the back room and started to install the carpet… No people skillsat all not one bit friendly!! His helper Jose (a young man) showed up on his own to help him. After the job was done Enrique just LEFT NO GOODBYE NOTHING .
