Since 2020, Flo Aire has come out twice a year per the maintenance agreement I purchased to check the system and ready it for spring/fall. I've also had them install a larger breaker outside to better handle the electrical pull. “We (of course) had our old AC unit die as the weather was getting hot. I went to Yelp and Angi for help and screened 5 different companies. Then we heard about Aire Tech from a neighbor who recently used them. Pete came and looked at our unit and discovered an issue which all the other companies had missed. Because of that we chose Aire Tech and WOW were we impressed. They brought in a carpenter to fix some existing problems and then installed the best unit (York) our 100 year old house could handle. The job went exactly as promised and we are now enjoying the results. Not only that, when we got original estimate, it was significantly less costly than all the other companies. For service, quality and value, I can't imagine someone exceeding what we received from Pete and his team. I very highly recommend them if you need a new A/C or heat pump.“

“Mr. Pleva is amazing! He has honestly saved me thousands. He replaced an entire unit in one of our homes for thousands less than 3 other big companies quoted us. He replaced the evaporator coil in another of our houses for about a third of what another company quoted me. Now today he went out after the property manager had a different AC company out yesterday that said 3 different parts had gone bad and it would cost almost $1000 to replace them all. Pleva went out and found only 1 of the parts needed to be replaced at $250. He is the most honest contractor I have ever come across, I just wish he weren't so busy!“
