We had 2 technicians from Hunters Both named Patrick, they were very professional, polite and happy to explain the different aspects of the job. Replacing the break panal, box and breaks, showing us damage done due to improper amps to our septic pump and alarm. They did a excellent job with making wiring easy to trace from incoming source to breaker. They labeled every breaker for ease of future use. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
Left us feeling confident in the work done and pleased. Thank you the Bennight's of Kerrville tx.
Knowledgeable and capable professionals and a good authorized Generac service provider, which is what I use them for. I did take some issue with the pricing for proposed repairs of other items, which were much higher than my usual electric contractor charges. That's the beauty of the market system of competition. Hunter Service Group came out and performed a diagnostic and annual maintenance on our Generac Generator. From the initial interaction with the office staff to the actual service, the entire team was courteous and professional. Chris Carker our technician was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and provided a detail explanation of all the tasks he had completed. He was very thorough. Thank you again Chris, we look forward to you coming out next year to perform the service.
