We were tenants of Home River from 2020 - 2024. They're extremely responsive, accommodating, and professional for our entire time living in Texas across 2 properties.Huge shoutout to Naddab Flores for being a fantastic property manager!
so far everything has been great and this has been my most pleasant rental experience after dealing with so many predatory property managers for over 10 years.there were some issues on move-in but they have been/are being taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time. and the repairs are effective.one specific issue we had - was a moldy dishwasher on move-in (previous tenants did NOT take care of the place) and HomeRiver totally replaced it with a brand new one when they were able to. A special “Thank you” to Jackie B for genuinely caring.
I have rented from Homeriver for 8 years and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Maintenance items are addressed promptly and Jackie is excellent at communicating with the tenant and being supportive! I highly recommend renting from here :)
