I received a gift card for my birthday. When I called to schedule an appointment she told me the gift card expired in 90 days. Which is not stated on the gift card. I was going to schedule a Botox appointment but she assumed I wanted a free facial and proceeded to tell me there was nothing I could get for 50. Clearly, I was aware of this and felt that this was absolutely not someone I wanted to do business with. Someone like this shouldn’t be in business. She can keep the 50 gift card if she feels the need to not do right by customers.

I received a 50 gift card, when I called to schedule an appointment she made me aware it expired in 90 days. This is not stated on the gift card, she then proceeded to state that there was no service I could get, "for free". I was scheduling a Botox appointment had she bothered asking me instead of assuming and I was well aware that it would have been a few hundred dollars. Buyers beware that if she feels the need to keep a 50 gift card there are probably other corners they're cutting for business profits.
