Everyone was so helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Melissa is so knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back
My only major problem is that I want to use my credit for waxing services. I was told that because my waxing service was $9 less than my credit, I lost the difference. I have to disagree with this as I should be able to apply the $9 to another service or toward gratuity. Looking at the situation from my perspective, you are stealing money from me.
I've visited here twice I have yet to become a member however each time I have my nails done, the quality does not cease to amaze me! My nails & hands artist always delivers pleasing results! Prices for self care here are no where low but paying the price is sometimes worthy. Thank you so much Hiatus for always coming through - my nails and the simple traditional polish I favor last weeks long! Look forward for next visit
