I have been going to Charlene for almost 10 years now. She has never let me down and she’s always willing to try new things and learn new techniques. I’ve done everything from haircuts to bleaching with her and have always left satisfied with her work. She will always be honest, upfront and tell you what will and won’t work for your hair but will always leave it up to you in the end so you have control. Your comfort is her top priority. At this point coming to her salon is like coming to spend time with an old friend. She will always make you feel welcome and do a fantastic job. She is my go to.

Love this salon. Charlene helped me figure out a longer hair cut and highlights for my daughter’s wedding and then took it back to my shorter style after. Very happy, repeat customer.

I'm new to San Antonio and I Googled top rated hair salons near me. Charlene popped up and reading the views I was sold. She deserves way more than five stars!! My hair is amazing!! I love it so much!! She's so sweet too!! I felt so comfortable with her.
