Had the best experience with Hale Tattoos! Cloie is an amazing artist and has such a great environment in her shop! I felt so welcomed and comfortable! She is very thorough and makes all her tattoos her own and one of a kind!! Booking was also extremely easy as her inquiry form is very clear and lays everything out!
