I visit most of the Goodwill stores along 1604, is most frequent because it is closest. Today it was just a drop at 100075 which is the Potranco store. Eddie was at the car before I could get out and he unloaded my items. As I was getting ready to get into my carHe introduced himself and handed me the card with the information for a review. In almost 1 1/2 years this has never happened. I am asked if I want the tax deduction card but always say no thank you. You need more Eddies. Thank you. But I always get good service at wherever I shop. But today took me by surprise.
Michelle is just great! She is always dolled up and super friendly! Her smile is infectious! She reminds me so much of my aunt back in Brownsville TX! I just feel very welcomed each time I visit . Thank you for remembering and acknowledging your loyal customers!
I went to goodwill on Potranco rd today to look for work clothes. It was busy and I couldn’t find anything. A worker named marissa saw that I was lookin around and asked if I needed any help finding something. I told her what I needed and she knew exactly where I could find it. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the the store and it’s inventory. She had a great attitude and was extremely nice. I got what I needed and will definitely be returning. I recommend the goodwill and and it’s associate Marissa.
