When I called in to schedule and appointment Ms. Ellen was the sweetest to me over the phone, she had a great sense of humor, and she made making and appointment so easy <3 LOVED HER

I think the location is excellent. The staff is very good, and in response to other comments, the staff can only work with what they have. We have had far more 4-star success at this location. I do agree that the leadership/ commander should provide enough personnel to cover down during lunch. Again, I think the GBC does a Great Job!

I like it here. Phone hold time has improved. Little to no wait before I'm taken back for appointment. I like my doc and the staff. My only issue is that they don't update their hours. Apparently they open late on Wednesday and if you don't read the 82 signs on their front door, you won't know until you come. Came for blood work and wasted 45 minutes coming and going for nada.
