Very unprofessional. The business owner would send me a text message 2 hours before my treatment appointment to cancel the appointment, with the reason that her business is changing location. I rescheduled but she canceled again (even though my appointment was confirmed before). I rescheduled again. On day of my appointment- I waited more than 30 minutes at the Salon, but the owner/therapist never arrived! I then asked a refund from Groupon and thankfully received a full refund.
