“I live out of state and ordered from De's because it was close to the nursing home my mom lives at. Mom loves her country and I wanted to send her a 4th of July bouquet. De called to confirm the order and I asked her to add an American flag, which she did for me. I received a photo once it was delivered and was happy to see it was beautiful like the photo and the special request flag was there. I was also pleased to see my message on the hand written card.
