Dr. Heausler was amazing with my 3 yr old! He was kind, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. You can tell he really cares about helping people, which seems hard to find these days. If he was in a pediatricians office, I'd be running to switch my kiddo over. Office was clean and the staff was great as well. Bonus points for no wait time AND he knew the lyrics to Moana! This was our first visit here, but will continue to use this location in the future. 10/10
The service was great! I really appreciate the fact that you were open on Sundays as I know that it's a sacrifice for the staff to be there and not be with their families on a Sunday. The entire staff, from the front desk to the back, were amazing. The PA that attended to me was extremely knowledgeable and at the same time straight to the point which I appreciated. THANK YOU to all for the outstanding service I received!!!
When I was under the weather, I called another urgent care, but the wait was too long, so I decided to call Fast Aid Urgent Care on Bulverde Road. Much to my delight, this place had a shorter wait time, and everything could be handled electronically, which cut down on filling out paperwork before being checked in. As a germaphobe, I found this place clean, which is extremely important to me, the wait was short, and the entire staff was friendly even though it was close to the end of the day.
